Yes! We can usually get almost anything, even if it’s not in stock. Feel free to contact us with any requests.
We have shipped to most states…even Hawaii. We determine shipping charges from online orders based on distance from our warehouses, truck locations, and the size, weight, and quantity of the product(s) we ship.
No. For any purchases delivered out of state, it is tax free. However, it is destination based – that is, if you buy products out of state and have it shipped to MA, there will be tax. Please call with questions.
Delivery time is dependent on the item(s) ordered, your location, and our truck schedules. We’ll work as hard as we can with our fleet of trucks and common carrier to deliver your order as soon as possible.
We are distributors first and foremost. There are many websites out there acting as the middleman – whereas we distribute wood flooring, specialty lumber, and natural stone for a span of 3 decades now.
Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in aesthetics, color, shade, finish, tint, hardness, strength resistance, density, etc. Over time natural stone may chip, peel, flake, bleed, and oxidize due to exposure to natural elements. Stonewood Products does not warranty against these occurrences. Please note: Installation of product constitutes acceptance of the product.
We offer many floors from many of the best quality mills. Each has varying warranty coverage. We recommend the following at a minimum.
In accordance with NWFA specifications:
- Flooring must be acclimated to +/- 2% of subfloor and environment under normal living
- Wood flooring is a natural product; subtle changes in color, texture and elements of grade
- Proper installation is mandatory and is the sole responsibility of the installer or owner.
- Do not install if there is a question of acceptability.
- Note: Installation of flooring constitutes acceptance of the product.
We do not accept returns or award refunds unless there are product issues. That being said, we do our very best to deliver a quality product and we have had very few complaints. If you do have an issue with a product you purchased from us, don’t hesitate to call us – we want you to be satisfied as one of our customers.
