BACKGROUND

    A 200 year old schoolhouse on Boston's periphery in Charlestown, MA offered an excellent space for a renovation. Replete with classic brick walls found in many Boston buildings, as well as high ceilings and aged beams, the clients injected new life with a complete remodel.

    After researching numerous options, Stonewood Products' Martha Mills Reclaimed Heart Pine Collection was selected as the flooring throughout for both it's sustainable characteristic as reclaimed lumber from the Martha Mills plant, and, also, for it's appearance that went very well with the structure.
